Our family-oriented business was founded by Howard D. Miller and his wife Ann in 1958. After operating in their home for 20 years, they moved to their current location on Main Street in Greenup in 1978. The growing agency led Harold to open a satellite office in Ashland in 1972. At this time, Jim Lambert joined Harold and his wife to manage the second location. Jim continues to manage the Ashland location.

Jim kept family in the forefront of the business by hiring his daughter Leighann when she became a licensed agent in 1996. Leighann's husband Mike joined the team in 1999, and he currently manages the Greenup branch of Harold D.
